Good Morning Leaders,
What does that mean exactly? Well, if you consider the challenges you’re facing, you might just be using an old approach that isn’t equal to the challenge. In other words, when we have a challenge and the response is equal to the challenge, that’s called success. But once we have a new challenge, the old  one’s successful response no longer works. That’s why it’s called a failure.
We have to examine our paradigms (our view of things), our tools, our skills to determine if we’re approaching the problem in the right way. As a first step, we may even step back and make sure we’ve correctly defined the problem. Then we need to see if, based on the evidence of results or lack of results, if we need a new approach.
As you ponder your challenges, consider if you need a new mindset, a new skillset or toolset. You may need to adjust your view, try a different perspective or a new way to think about it. Then you may need to acquire some new skills or tools to tackle the problem. Whatever the case, you may need to find a new model to drive success. This can be an exciting proposition because you will most likely find new growth and development in the process – this is success!

SWOT Analysis – Strength, Weakness, Opportunity and Threat

Good Morning Leaders,
A while back, I discussed with you about all the qualities you need to imbibe in yourself to become successful in eBIZ. But to know, where you need to improve, the first thing you need to do is Self Analysis and thats where SWOT Analysis comes into play.

SWOT analysis diagrams clearly show the Strengths, Weaknesses, Opportunities, and Threats that will help or harm your ability to reach your defined objective. Analyzing internal forces (Strengths/Weaknesses) and external forces (Opportunities/Threats) helps you to define strategies that will help you leverage positive forces and overcome obstacles in the course of reaching your objective.

SWOT Analysis

To carry out SWOT Analysis, just make a table with 2 rows and 2 columns in your diary (like the above diagram) and answer the following questions and consider not only on a personal basis but also ask your uplines to share their opinion about you:

Strength:

  • What do you do well?
  • What do you do better than anyone else?
  • What else do others see as your strength?
Weakness:
  • What could you improve?
  • What should you avoid?
  • What else do others think as your weaknesses?
Opportunity:
  • How can you turn your strengths into your opportunities?
  • What trends could help you?
  • What other opportunities do you see?
Threat:
  • What threats do your weaknesses expose you to?
  • What trends could harm you?
  • What obstacles you face?

The basic idea over here is to focus on your strengths and minimize your weaknesses. You should have a SWOT Analysis done every month to see your progress on your Self Development. So go ahead and start doing a SWOT Analysis today.

10 Most Important Characteristics of a Successful eBIZer

Here’s a list of the virtues an associate must imbibe to become Successful in eBIZ. Always rate yourself according to these following characteristics and see to it that you keep on improving them with time. Make sure you forward this to all your associates.

1. Skillset (VGP2 ):
This is the most basic and the most important characteristic which should be the primary focus of every Associate to improve.

The Skillset includes your Communication, Presentation, Leadership, Confidence, Teamwork and Management Skills.
 Success = VGP2 = Very Good Presenter + Very Good Promoter

2. Mindset (Learning Attitude):
The next important element is to have a proper Mindset. What I mean by mindset is to have a very high and positive learning attitude without any ‘EGO’. Learn from your uplines, downlines and from every successful associate by Observing their good qualities only. Learn from every situation may it be a successful one or one where you failed, may it be from your or from other’s experience and try to improvise by discussing only the solutions.

3. Determination (Visions):
The secret behind every consistent effort is a strong determination which comes from planned and high Visions. Have both long-term and short-term visions and make short term targets based on your visions (Apply Mohit Sardana Ji’s Concept of Reverse Engineering).
Goal Setting is the first step to Goal Getting - which means that only target oriented work will give you best results which in turn will fuel your determination for even bigger Success.

4. Attitude (Selfless Attitude):
In eBIZ we don’t only strive to fulfill our own dreams, rather we work as a team, for the team. Give every kind of support to your each and every associate to become a Leader and fulfill their visions. Its by making them successful that you are going to be successful. Have a helping and selfless attitude.See to it that all your associate change their tag each month(Example- Nascent Associate to Cycle Achiever).

5. Belief (Triple F):
What you believe is gonna determine what you will be. As long as your Triple F Factor is strong nothing can stop you from becoming successful in eBIZ. The Triple F Factor is going to be strong only when you use the products and get involved in the activities with your associates.

6. Action (To Grow):
Nothing happens unless you make it happen. All your actions should be targeted at the growth of your skills and business. Give your yourself higher targets and challenge your limits. Its only by coming out of your ‘comfort-zone’ are you gonna be able to grow yourself.

7. Focus (Regularity in Action):
Rome was not built in a day and likewise your success in eBIZ is gonna take some time too. The vital part of success lies behind your focus. You should always be consistent and regular in your efforts. Do not let short term failures affect your long term success. Focus on the development of both your skills as well as your business.

8. Communication (Both with Uplines and Downlines):
Communication is all about sharing of ideas and building a strong relationship with your uplines and downlines. Communication is very important for effective and co-ordinated teamwork which is gonna make or break a group. Make sure you call your uplines and downlines every single day and plan every action. Network Marketing is all about ‘Smart Work‘ instead of hard work; and this fact is only true as long as there is effective comunication among the associates.

9. Discipline (Includes your Behavior and Formals):
With every action you take you set an example for your associates to follow. In this context comes the value of Discipline. Always be in perfect formals and maintain punctuality in every meeting.
The Diamond Rules -

  • If you do 10 right things, your downlines will do 1 right thing
  • But, if you do 1 wrong thing, your downlines will do 10 wrong things.

10. Knowledge (About eBIZ):
Try to get complete idea about eBIZ and its Mission. Learn, Unlearn and Relearn. Network Marketers who don’t change with time will face a lot of problems. Make sure you attend every Venue Meeting, Trainers Meeting and Conventions. Read books written by successful people and visit websites of the great leaders of eBIZ.
