Why you should courier all the drafts immediately

Good Morning Leaders,
Thanks a lot for all your comments and i seriously commit to write article related to work in a regular basis but guys just help me out when i become lazy which is my greatest demerit. Its really high time when we should focus on our work and results, because results speak louder then words. We will be focusing on each and every aspect of work. Starting from the very first thing, the day you register yourself as an associate of such a noble mission, see to it that the draft as well as invoice gets couriered on the same day itself. Even check that the leaders getting associated with you also courier their draft on the same day of their registration.
Why should you courier all the drafts immediately??
- The sooner you courier it, the sooner you will be getting your cd package and brochure (around 15 days from the date it has been received at eBIZ house)
- If you manage to get 3 sales immediately after your joining and their drafts are been couriered before your’s then there will be a delay in getting your first cheque.
- You may miss out cheques or highest earners rank on some saturdays if the drafts in your downline are not being couriered immediately.
- If you maintain a habit of making the drafts couriered immediately from the very first day itself (or you can start from now itself in your group) then there will be a discipline maintained everywhere which will help you a lot in future.

How are you doing today? If you are reading this post, then I am grateful to Ankit Dasji & other moderators of ebizelindia.org to allow my début post to get published . I have seen in last three years as a Network Marketer and as a Personal Coach, people have an unusual inclination to complex hi-fi way of doing things and interest in finding a short cut route to success. Be truthful, no need to tell any lies to get a joining. eBIZ itself is great, no need to oversell this opportunity. Be honest in money transaction, and stop giving excuses of headache, stomach ache to bunk meetings, be honest to yourself. If you want to be successful in ebiz, the easiest way is to make others successful, be generous, if you just care about your success, neither your guests nor your downlines will ever trust you. Every star performers from any field are very very passionate about what they are doing, be it SRK on Acting, Sachin on Cricket, Steve Jobs on Innovation and Mohitji on eBIZ! And remember passion is contagious, be passionate like wild fire your group will stay hot, and if you are cold as ice, very soon your group is going to freeze. And last but no the least is love, this is what makes eBIZ far far above any other Network Marketing Company or should I say many other companies/organisations/institutions? Love is the glue that keeps your group together. It won’t be wrong if I say, I love my downlines (and broadly all ebizers) like my family. And when you give love, you will get love, and your eBIZ journey will be most fulfilling.

Don’t start beating the drums “eBIZ is a great opportunity/eBIZ has great computer course” before using the products/services yourself. Use everything eBIZ is providing you, and you will simply fall in love with eBIZ package/opportunity. Then you can talk about ebiz passionately with anybody.
If being doctor/engineer/teacher takes years of learning, who told you that we can be a Network Marketer from mother’s womb? We can’t. For most of us eBIZ is the first experience of Network Marketing, so first learn more and more about Network Marketing. Must read Wagon to Riches by Mohit Sardanaji and/or Business School by Robert T. Kiyosaki. As Manjul Aroraji always says to be a great leader, first be a good reader (Robin Sharma says the same!) Make it a habit to read good books that can help you to improve yourself and your business.
You must have got the motivational CD (having three parts Getting started, Setting Your Goal, and A Few Important Tips) where Sodhiji recorded his experience and advices. This is most comprehensive training on eBIZ you can get. Commit from today to listen to this audio atleast for twenty minutes daily.
I can’t emphasise more on the importance of attending regular meetings/seminars/conventions. A simple funda of success in eBIZ is duplicating your uplines, so follow your successful uplines in these meetings/seminars/conventions with a diary and pen. Not just note down their trainings, but observe how they walk, they move, they talk.
Don’t make Invitation a duty/task/assignment for the last night before presentation meeting. It’s your business dear. If you want your network to grow fast, you have to show the plan to more and more people, and for that you have to invite them to presentation meetings. Make Invitation part of your daily routine. If you are inviting people with the intention of completing ‘n’th cheque/cycle/orbit entry, then Invitation can’t be superb. Feel from the core of your heart that, the person you are inviting today, is getting a chance to change his/her life. He/she may or may not take the chance, but it’s your responsibility to atleast let them know.

Basic Training – Part 3

Good Morning eBIZers,
After the completion of Basic Training Part 1 and Part 2, make sure the Part 3 of the basic training is completed within 3-4 days of the joining. It should be taken by Silvers or upcoming silvers preferably in a room (strictly no parks, cafes etc).
Make sure you cover the following points:
- Developing and strengthening of “WHY eBIZ”
- Legality and achievements of eBIZ.com Pvt Ltd
- Invitation for paper presentations and venue meetings
- Self follow-up: How to react immediately after presentation or venue or follow-up; excitement; discussing own dreams, Feel, Felt & Found etc.
- How to deal with rejections, removing the fear of failure.
- How to arrange follow-ups
Kindly limit the no of associates to Min 6 & Max 10 associates in a session so that you can focus individually on each new associate. We will discuss each of the above points in more details soon.

Basic Training – Part 2

Good Morning eBIZers,
Before going on to Basic Training II, make sure Basic Training I is completed properly.
Basic training-II should be done within 24 hrs of joining in any room or food courts, cafe’s etc. The training should be taken by 1 or 2 cycle achiever only, maximum of 3 associates (give personal attention). The training should include the following points:
- Explain him the importance of wearing a white shirt and a diagonal tie, why to say good morning, why to say ‘ji’, and other ethics.
- Tell him the importance of maintaining a diary.
- Ask him to make a contact list which will consist of columns that includes Name and Contact number. Tell him not to prejudge anyone and ask him to make the contact list of at least 200 people.
- The Dreams: Dreams act as the fuel for your success. Dare to dream and ask him to make a list of whatever…anything and everything he wants in life, any thing materialistic or non-materialistic, any place he wants to go to, anything he wants to buy, anything he want to achieve. Help him categorize all the dreams according to short term, mid term or long term dreams. Ask him to take targets.
- The Fear List: Ask him to make a list of all the things is afraid of doing, like giving a presentation, or maybe standing on stage or maybe approaching his guests.
- The Why Card: This is the most important of all. Ask him to sit alone to think and write what he wants in life? and why he wants it? And can eBIZ give him all that in future? Make him answer all these 3 questions to himself. Tell him to write down all the exact reasons that why is he in eBIZ. Tell him that this why card can be private i.e. there is no compulsion to show it to anyone else.
- Pick up names from his guest list and demonstrate him the ways to invite his guests to both the venue meeting and paper presentation.
- Explain him what a Follow-Up is.
- Explain him how to behave in a venue meeting, how to arrange a paper presentation or a follow-up and how to react while the follow up or a paper presentation is going on.
- Explain him the importance of making gravity and how to make it.
- Provide him the hard copy of presentation and other training material.
- How to invite in the venue meetings, advance payment of passes, being on time at the venue, being regular at venue and other venue ethics.

Basic Training – Part 1
Feb 5th

Good Morning eBIZers,
Basic training-I should be done immediately after the registration of your guest. It may be done either in cyber cafe or anywhere else and it must be done by his sponser or sponser’s sponser. In this basic training you must include the following details:
- Make sure that the guest makes his own draft. Do not accept cash. Do not make draft on his behalf. Only in genuine cases, let the associate whose guest he is accept cash and make the draft.
- Make sure that the registration is done in front of the guest. You MUST consult your silver or senior upline where to link the entry. Courier the draft immediately after taking his signature on the invoice. Don’t forget to write the username, DID and TID at the back of the draft. Give him a copy of the invoice for his future reference. Keep one with you.
- Register him for the courses in the compulsory courses section and explain him all the options in the associates’ page. Introduce him to all the sections in the ebizelindia.com website. Make him go through FAQ’s.
- Discuss the business plan with him again and clarify all the doubts such as the 2:1 ratio, renewal and clarify the duration in which he will receive the cheque after the criteria is fulfilled.
- Give him the presentation slides and testimonials of all known eBIZ leaders and also tell about all your uplines. Give him the cell phone numbers of uplines. Make the gravity of your immediate uplines and Cycle achievers and tell the support system which he is going to get.
- Explain him the importance of wearing a white shirt and a tie, why to say good morning and other eBIZ ethics.
Always remember to have a friendly yet professional attitude while taking basic training. Make sure you complete Basic Training Part II within the next 24 hrs.
