How are you doing today? If you are reading this post, then I am grateful to Ankit Dasji & other moderators of ebizelindia.org to allow my début post to get published .  If you are expecting I will teach you some Excotrmapordilnexary Theory of getting quick success in eBIZ (or in other Network Marketing Company),then you can’t be more wrong. I have seen in last three years as a Network Marketer and as a Personal Coach, people have an unusual inclination to complex hi-fi way of doing things and interest in finding a short cut route to success. Let me pour water on your expectation and tell you, there are no short cut to success and secret of success lies in mastering the simple fundamentals. (I’m not someone that great to give you this advice, but my study of all the successful people’s lives compelling me to come to this interpretation) and oh! if you are still wondering or may be ‘google’ ing about that “Excotrmapordilnexary” that’s actually an anagram with the words Extraordinary+Complex

Jokes apart, let us start with the advice of our Mahaguru Sodhi Sir listening to this audio. This will not only help you to get grand success in ebiz, but also it will help you elevate your personal life too.

5 Ethics/Principles/Values of eBIZ:

  1. Truthfulness.
  2. Honesty.
  3. Generosity.
  4. Passion.
  5. Love.

Why these are important: You can build a business in an unethical ways, but you can’t keep it running forever. As you all must be desiring long term success from ebiz, so doing it ethically is a must. If you give good values to your group, it will create a great reputation of ebiz and ebizers among others. Be truthful, no need to tell any lies to get a joining. eBIZ itself is great, no need to oversell this opportunity. Be honest in money transaction, and stop giving excuses of headache, stomach ache to bunk meetings, be honest to yourself. If you want to be successful in ebiz, the easiest way is to make others successful, be generous, if you just care about your success, neither your guests nor your downlines will ever trust you. Every star performers from any field are very very passionate about what they are doing, be it SRK on Acting, Sachin on Cricket, Steve Jobs on Innovation and Mohitji on eBIZ! And remember passion is contagious, be passionate like wild fire your group will stay hot, and if you are cold as ice, very soon your group is going to freeze. And last but no the least is love, this is what makes eBIZ far far above any other Network Marketing Company or should I say many other companies/organisations/institutions?  Love is the glue that keeps your group together. It won’t be wrong if I say, I love my downlines (and broadly all ebizers) like my family. And when you give love, you will get love, and your eBIZ journey will be most fulfilling.

  1. Being 100% user.
  2. Reading Books.
  3. Listening Motivational CD.
  4. Attending Meetings/Seminars/Conventions regularly.
  5. Giving Invitation regularly.

Don’t start beating the drums “eBIZ is a great opportunity/eBIZ has great computer course” before using the products/services yourself. Use everything eBIZ is providing you, and you will simply fall in love with eBIZ package/opportunity. Then you can talk about ebiz passionately with anybody.

If being doctor/engineer/teacher takes years of learning, who told you that we can be a Network Marketer from mother’s womb? We can’t. For most of us eBIZ is the first experience of Network Marketing, so first learn more and more about Network Marketing. Must read Wagon to Riches by Mohit Sardanaji and/or Business School by Robert T. Kiyosaki. As Manjul Aroraji always says to be a great leader, first be a good reader (Robin Sharma says the same!) Make it a habit to read good books that can help you to improve yourself and your business.

You must have got the motivational CD (having three parts Getting started, Setting Your Goal, and A Few Important Tips) where Sodhiji recorded his experience and advices. This is most comprehensive training on eBIZ you can get. Commit from today to listen to this audio atleast for twenty minutes daily.

I can’t emphasise more on the importance of attending regular meetings/seminars/conventions. A simple funda of success in eBIZ is duplicating your uplines, so follow your successful uplines in these meetings/seminars/conventions with a diary and pen. Not just note down their trainings, but observe how they walk, they move, they talk.

Don’t make Invitation a duty/task/assignment for the last night before presentation meeting. It’s your business dear. If you want your network to grow fast, you have to show the plan to more and more people, and for that you have to invite them to presentation meetings. Make Invitation part of your daily routine. If you are inviting people with the intention of completing ‘n’th cheque/cycle/orbit entry, then Invitation can’t be superb. Feel from the core of your heart that, the person you are inviting today, is getting a chance to change his/her life. He/she may or may not take the chance, but it’s your responsibility to atleast let them know.

… Wait, you didn’t think that there would just be 7 habits in achieving excellence, did you?

There’s 1 final habit to become a highly excellent person – that is, to strive for #1 in what you do. No one’s going to achieve excellence if they aim for average, or mediocrity. Excellence comes from aiming for the top – being #1. This #1 should be better than whoever is #1 at the moment, because it will spur you on to work even harder. You will only achieve great results when you set high standards for yourself.
For example, I aim for The Network Marketing Training Blog to be the top network marketing training blog, both in terms of the quality of content and traffic. Whenever I write my articles, I make sure I’m giving the best value that can ever be offered in that topic. Because of this, readers recognize the value of my articles and have spread the word to their friends and family. This has helped the blog to grow quickly and establish itself as a trusted and coming-of-age blog in network marketing training.

7.Ask for feedback.

No matter how much we try to improve, we will have blind spots. Blind spots are things about ourselves that we don’t know about, and we can’t improve on things that we are blind to. Asking for feedback is one of the fastest and most effective ways to improve.
For everything I do, I make it a point to gather feedback. For example, when I was use to give presentations or take training of my group i always ask feedbacks from my uplines on how I could improve. With my friends, sometimes I would have a random feedback session with them on how I can do things better. As I run The Personal Excellence Blog, I would invite my readers to send in their feedback, either through comments, emails or private messages. Sometimes the feedback is predictable, sometimes it’s not and many times it leads to an epiphany on some level.
