Aristotle

Good Morning Leaders,

“We are what we repeatedly do. Excellence, therefore, is not an act but a habit.”-Aristotle

Your life is a collection of your habits. If you succeed, it will be because over the course of your life you’ve collected habits that cause success. Your habits will take you further than your education. Robert Collier said, “Success is the sum of small efforts, repeated day in and day out.”
The habbit of calling Ji. Take an example – suppose 5 friends have joined the system; they must have an habit of calling Ji to each other each time they meet. Does this happen ever that one day you call your mother ‘mom’ and the next day by her name. Here you are doing a business which can fetch you 27lacs a year per seat so you should understand how much seriousness and professionalism you should have. Every time greet your uplines & downlines with GOOD MORNING and JI; thats the habit which you should maintain to succeed.

3.Your Attitude Determines Your Altitude

Thomas Jefferson

Good Morning Leaders,

“Nothing can stop the man with the right mental attitude from achieving his goal; nothing on earth can help the man with the wrong mental attitude.”- Thomas Jefferson

I know its cliché but your attitude really does determine your altitude. Having a negative perspective is like walking through life with dark shades on; you don’t see as clearly and you miss opportunities that are right in front of you. In essence, you are your own worst enemy. For e.g you never know which venue meet or which trainers meet or which leaders meet or even which phone call of a upline is gonna clear your why??? So its important you attend all those with a open mind and with right attitude regularly.

It’s critical that you keep a positive mental attitude, it’s critical that you believe in your possibilities. Frank Loyd Wright said, “The thing always happens that you really believe in; and the belief in a thing makes it happen.” So always believe that you will succeed.

2.Work From Your Strengths

Red Auerbach

Good Morning Leaders,

“Just do what you do best.”- Red Auerbach

Learn what you do best, and focus on that! In this noble mission of promoting IT literacy you just need to give presentations to succeed. While cycling the 5 call cycle you will come to know the fields in which you are the best. Some are good inviter, some are good presenters, some are good follow up takers and some are excellent motivators, it just you need to practise. The more you practise the more better you will be in that field. Remember today also sachin practises cricket.

Once you recognise your qualities no one can stop you from becoming successful. Success is not buying a Rolls Royce; success is doing the best with the talents that you’ve been given. It’s playing the card you’ve been dealt to the very best of your ability.

1.You Must Crawl Before You Can Walk

Ralph Waldo Emerson

Good Morning Leaders,
“Every artist was first an amateur.” – Ralph Waldo Emerson
As the Scripture says, “Despise not the day of small beginnings…Although thy beginning be small, thy latter end shall greatly increase.” It’s important that we remember that Rome was not built in a day. There are no overnight successes.
Success happens over years, and only to those who are consistently consistent.
For e.g- If you are working very hard for a week giving n number of presentations but the next week you do nothing, no presentations no follow ups or no traing. Then do you think you will become successful one day.
Every “somebody” was once a “nobody;” everyone starts “small,” but if you’re focused, and if you’re steady, one day, you will be “big.” You have example of all our great leaders like Sir A.P.S Sodhi Ji, late Diamond Diplomat Sunny Arrora Ji, Diamond Diplomat Mohit Sardana Ji, Ambassador Manjul Arora Ji and many more…..there was also a day when they were nascent associates but today they are successful. They got success because they were determined and were consistent with their work.

7 Profound Lessons From 7 of our Historical Leaders

Good Morning Leaders,

A leader is a person who guides others towards a common goal, showing the way by example, and creating an environment in which other team members feel actively involved in the entire process. A leader is not the boss of the team but, instead, the person that is committed to carrying out the mission of the Venture. A mnemonic for this definition would be 3P’s – Person, People and Purpose as illustrated in the diagram.

In this week we will take a look at seven amazing lessons from seven amazing leaders. These lessons are intended to give us insight into our journey, as well as provide us with some much needed motivation. As you will see, these seven leaders are from differing backgrounds, but their message is similar.
As a sidenote, there are hundreds of leaders out there so if your favorite isn’t listed, add it in the comment section below this post. With that, let’s get right to it.
