When the beginning is so wonderful, I cannot imagine the end.

Good Morning leaders,

In my last Leadership Workshop I gave a detailed view about how you can become a leader in eBIZ. Let me give you a brief and to the point idea about how to become a leader by building a strong foundation.

By the way, today for the first time in my life I exercised my franchise in the country’s 15th month-long general election. Of course I’m not gonna reveal who I voted for but I’ll say this for sure, “It feels great” !! Hope you voted too , as all it takes is a quick break from work, www.partypoker.com or your weekend and it’s done.

Anyways coming back to the point, here it goes -

• Analyze yourself- You should know very clearly the “WHY” to everything –
  
  • WHY Factor
    
• Initial ‘Why’ – Courses, Personality, Website, Social Service, etc.
• Enough exposure is needed for clear ‘Why Factor’.
• WHY eBIZ?
  
  • The best thing about network marketing is the scope and way of income.
  • Scope of Income – eBIZ is the only opportunity where you can earn Rs 52 lakhs a year.
  • Way of Income – Financial freedom
• eBIZ = Network Marketting (1^st largest growing trends) + IT (2^nd largest growing trend)
  
  • There are more than 5500 Network Marketting but eBIZ combines the bests of both the worlds, imbibes such trends – this is the future
• The respect, recognition, fame you get from your associates is overwhelming. People respect you and follow you for a good cause.
• In your life, we work alone and have an income of 5 lakhs but here we work as a team for the team and you can earn upto 52 lakhs.
• Do not judge things by investments but judge them by their returns.
• But remember that if you don’t give your hardwork proportionally, you wont get it.
• Do get something extraordinary, do something extraordinary.
• Stop seeing short term results, start visualizing long term visions.
• Start thinking bigger, dreaming bigger.

• In eBIZ, the standard of income and life is extraordinary, so don’t stop in general terms.

• I would rather define PROFIT as something which helps everybody.

• Stop promoting eBIZ as a money-making-scheme or member-making-scheme or get-rich-quick-scheme
• Let me explain you in this way- Analyze the most successful business models you see now and try to figure out when they started
  • 1960s- Those who took initiative for industries
  • 1980s- Trend for computers
  • 1990s- Trend for services, may it be google or courier.
  • 2000s- Networking
• Those who were able to visualize the future have been instrumental in bringing the future trend are now successful.
• Eg- Why do you think Windows is successful?
  • Its biggest reason is not about being the best but rather having the largest network
• Eg- Let me give another example – Why do you think Maruti is so successful in India with 50% Market share?
  • The answer is the same – Now Maruti may not be the best brand but it has the largest network in India
• Power of Networking –
  • We don’t have the power/money to start a company of our own
• Hardwork vs Smartwork
• eBIZ not a business of contacts, money or skills but it’s a business of dreams.
• A strong foundation is needed for everything.
• “Basic Training” is needed for quick progress.
• The Network Marketers who were not able to change themselves with time end up like dinosaurs of the past.
• When a prospect says ‘NO’, he means approach me after 3 months.
• Everybody’s needs are different
• Joining are never planned, mostly come by accidents. But ‘Success’ is never a matter of chance, it is a matter of choice.
• Stop running after joining but run after efficient long term results.
• As an associate believe what you are preaching
  • Understand the presentation and present it ‘Dil se’ (from your heart).
• Make a Contact List of 200 minimum (Keep in mind the following things) –
  • You always meet new people
  • Make new contacts
  • Update your contact list form time to time
  • Do not prejudge while making a contact list
• Giving invitations, presentation and follow ups is not all.
  • The difference is in the attitude.
• Don’t think about your opportunities or cheques but see you prospects opportunity.
  • Every people have dreams
  • Everybody wants to be successful and prove themselves
• Do not ever lie to prospects, uplines, downlines or anyone.
• Imbibe the attitude to help people.
• Learn 1 time from your uplines and teach 4times to your downlines
• Always keep on inviting
• Maintain gravity while giving passes.
• Start marketing yourself first.
  • People don’t join eBIZ but us
  • Prospects see our seriousness, qualities, attitude, visions, etc.
• Dressing Sense – Always be in the best formals
• Start taking home meets but give quality materials
• You can earn your downlines respect by doing quality homemeets.
• If you are thinking you are working for your uplines, you are completely wrong.
  • Its your life and your dreams.
• Its not the not only the money but rather the feeling of financial freedom that matters.
• Skills – Work more on yourself and growing your skills.
  
• Only those
  reach the destination who enjoy the journey.
  
• Its not abou0t joining but duplication i.e. being a leader and creating leaders.
  
• If you want to be the best, duplicate your uplines (maybe even exactly).
  
• Make a positive attitude towards life.
• There are some dreams which cannot be fulfilled by your normal income but eBIZ can get you to fulfill them.
• Don’t ever give up your dreams/ your business for any joining
• Be happy with joining or not but always focus on your personal growth of your skills
• Don’t waste your time thinking about uplines or loveliness but analyze the problems you and your downlines face.
• Always compare yourself (present) with yourself (past).
• Do you want a better life and
  future? And is that life possible in your dream job ?
• Follow Up –
  
  • Only a strong enough WHY an can clear any HOW !!
  • Recollect each and every dream you want to fulfill
    • Best thing about network marketing is that you are gonna be able to fulfill it realistically and in a short span of time.
    • What do you want inlife?
  • How many years are you gonna take to fulfill those dreams and can you really do it?
  • Sky is not the limits, Stars are !!
  • Now you have come to a platform where everything is possible.
  • Why are you thinking about climbing the corporate ladder when you can own it.
  • Give 3-4 years to eBIZ and see your life transform.
  • Start thinking about eBIZ longterm
  • You get knowledge, experience, emotions and not just money.
  • To be frank money is the least you can in eBIZ.
• Renew your Visions, set new targets periodically.
• Have clearcut ideas
• Any one venue meet/trainers meet can be the turning point and change your entire life forever.
• Stop thinking about eBIZ as a money-making-scheme or get-rich-quick-scheme
• Understand your Mission –
  • Make yourself IT Literate and help others too.
• Knowledge = Power
• Time = Money
• The difference is in the way of thinking.
• Forget your ‘Ego’
• Everything changes in 3 months, the same thing does not work every time.
• Once your dream is clear, everything is possible.
• When you have a severe lack of knowledge, you will think you know everything
  • Ego is inversely proportional with your knowledge
• A true leader is a person who has the capability of working ahead even after falling again and again. Eg – Sir Thomas Edison
• You never loose, but always gain experience.
• Be a leader and make others leader. I would rather call eBIZ a Leader Making Scheme.
• You should feel that you are associated with your downlines and are somewhat responsible for your downlines.
• Learn to work in depth.
• Be responsible for your own group.
• If you go on doing what you have always done, you are gonna get what you have always got.
• If you are not growing then think you haven’t got any results.
• Change from negative to positive attitude.
• Whatever you lag in experience you can make up with your attitude.
• If yu want to change your destiny, change your attitude.
• Attitude defines altitude.

• Always rate yourself according to these following criteria and see to it that you keep on improving them with time –

6. Action (To grow)
   
7. Focus (Regularity in action)
   
8. Communication (Both with uplines and downlines)

• Give respect to get respect.
• “Guru bina gati nahin, dost bina pragati nahin.”
  
  • Here uplines are your guru and downlines are you dosts.
• Choose a mentor whom you are gonna be constantly in touch with and follow him to your success.
• RESPECT YOUR EACH AND EVERY UPLINE AT ANY COST !!!!!!
  
• Your uplies are your fateline but remember that your downlines are your lifeline !!!
• Always have something so that you can have your downlines attention.
• Divide your downlines into 3 lists – A, B, C.
  • A – Aces –Leaders (Give your 90% attention to them)
  • B – NATOs – No Action Talk Only (Convert them to Aces)
  • C – Consumers – Try to get them to trainers (Try to convert them to Aces too)
• Learn to work whole heartedly. Do everything completely or don’t do at all.
• Stop giving excuses and start working.
• Be flexible. Give sonstant efforts and get results, Dont worry if you are going slow. It doesn’t matter how fast your business is going but how smartly.

  • Others
• EBIZ is not pass time rather its part time.
• Whenever you do something do it properly.
• Always maintain professionalism.
• Sit along with your guest in venue meets and keep in mind that if you don’t enjoy it, your friends are not going to enjoy it.
• What you need to decide is how fast you want your results.
• Help your upline help you.
• Venue meets notes are very important.
• “Everybody have the will to succeed but very few have the will to prepare to win.
• Grow yourself emotionally, spiritually, physically, financially.
• Attain all trainers and venue meetings.
• The system doesn’t need you; You need the system.
• LUCK – Labour Under Correct Knowledge
• If you have big dreams also have the urge to achieve those dreams.
• Only with a right direction can yaou achieve your dreams.
• When it comes to success and your dreams, no ‘ifs’ and ‘buts’. Manage it.
