Please do provide your PAN immediately if you have not given yet. PAN is required as per the notification issued by Central Board of Direct Taxes (CBDT) been effective from 1/Apr/2010. The applicable rate of TDS is 20% in case of non availability of PAN.
From now onward TDS will be deducted at the rate of 20% of your total earned commission, if your PAN is not available in our record till the date of generation of commission.
