* Regular Product Training:

Train each and every associates computer courses from eBIZ. Every associate must be very confident about basic computer courses.

• Teach with your PC/Laptop while addressing small groups like 3-4 associates.
• Book a Cyber Cafe for few hours to teach a group of 20-30 associates.
• Arrange product training meetings at regular interval in every places.

To teach others learn yourself first. Many leaders had neglected to learn the courses and they are not in eBIZ today.

* Be a Great Promoter:

* Take Regular Board Presentations:

If you want to skyrocket sales in your organization and also want you downlines to be super active there is no more effective way than starting to take regular board presentations in your group. Don’t give a damn whether your uplines or downlines giving the same effort or not. You start doing it, your downlines will follow eventually.
* 3x3x3 Plan: Arrange board presentations in three shifts back to back with min 3 guests in each shift. Tell the first batch after the presentation ‘You’ll find guests of next meeting waiting outside, and we have another meeting after that too. They are expected to join soon”. Repeat the same with other batches. This will create momentum in your downlines and urgency in your guests.

* Best Ways to Inspire Your Downline:

Your good lifestyle.
Your Knowledge.
Watching you doing activity in white dress 24×7.


Your regular self sponsor.


Take presentations & followup yourself (for your personal guests & also guests of your downlines) and bring conversions.
Make your income regular & ever increasing.
Have your testimony. (Please don’t buy these things from parent’s money. That’s cheating. To spend more first earn more)

• Good suit.

* Followup:

The group having the best Followup system is always the fastest growing group.

• Always keep records of the Guest Followup Lists from your group & keep reminding your downlines to be in touch with their guests.
• Train root level associates how to behave with guests.
• Make sure your downlines know all the answers to any questions regarding Network marketing & eBIZ.
• Teach your downlines to listen to their guests first & ask questions more & more.
• Don’t miss showing the Net Followup to your guests.
• Maintain a great relationship with your guests. Who knows, they may join in the future.
• Provide guests with BPM (Business Promotional Materials) like Course list, Xerox of Profiles, copies of training CDs, copies of ‘A Guide to Network Marketing’ by Surya Sinha - any resources that will help them to understand eBIZ & Network marketing.
• Be careful, most of your downlines hesitate to talk to their guests after showing presentation, or after taking followup once. Encourage them to talk to their guests again and again.

* Build Leaders in Your Organization:

• More Leaders you build in your organization, more stable your Network is.
• Build great presenters. Make sure they take regular presentations too.
• Always keep searching for associates in your group who have big dreams & are ready to do whatever it takes. Support them more.
• Teach them everything you have learnt.
• Spend quality one to one time with them.
• Make their income regular.
• Apply this three step process to help them take responsibility: Step I: Take your downline (budding leader) to a meeting with you. Tell him/her to follow how you are taking the meetings as he/she is going to take the next meeting. Take the meeting and ask what your downlines learnt from it. Step II: Go with your downlines to the next meeting, where he/she is going to take the meeting, you watch. At the end of the meeting praise genuinely & correct the mistakes (if any).        Step III: Send that downline to take the third meeting alone & then take feedback.
• Teach essential values of Leadership.
• Help him to follow this training material.

* Doubt Clearing Meetings:

Take doubt clearing meetings in your group regularly. Specially for new associates. You’ll be surprised to find associates have so much doubt within themselves, even many senior associates. That’s why they are doing eBIZ half heartedly and not getting results. Ask questions, you’ll find the doubts.
Let me point out some of the common doubts:

• Credibility of Network Marketing.
• Can we learn computer courses from eBIZ?
• Who is right? My eBIZers or non-ebizers?
• How can eBIZ give so much money?
• Academics or eBIZ?
• Pass payment.

* Core Group Meetings:

• Build your core group with promising associates from your group.
• Meet your core group on regular basis at some inspiring places.
• Discuss dreams.
• Evaluate previous activities & plan ahead.
• Take targets, complete targets & celebrate.
• Keep in touch with each other regularly.

* Training Meeting:

Follow the training material “Types of Leaders Meeting”

* Silence:

Spend some time in silence everyday. Learn to create PEACE within yourself.

* Visualization:

Always visualize the life you want. When there is no hope, you can find no way, visualize where you want to reach. Out of nowhere you’ll find new hope, new ways.

* Cross Checking:

Don’t just teach your downlines, cross check them in regular interval. Important areas:

• Their presentation.
• Their Invitation/Followup.
• Are they really using the product?
• Are they really reading books? …etc…

* Phone Calls:

• Phone call is very important tool to develop your business.
• You can’t be everywhere at once, but you can be in touch with everybody at once.
• Use standard mobile networks so that your downlines and your guests can access you easily.
• Never change numbers. Don’t go on buying every cheap SIM card you find. Unprofessional behavior.
• Return miss call as soon as possible.
• When in meeting or busy, keep phone switched off, not in silent mode. Someone calling you in urgent need may misunderstand.
• Subscribe to Missed Call Alert service so that you get miss call alerts even when your phone was switched off.
• Amount of income is directly proportional to amount of phonebill (used for eBIZ Purpose)
• Don’t talk rubbish.
• Don’t just ask your downline about presentation and followup. Talk about dreams, train and inspire.

* Monitoring:

You should keep track of your whole group daily.
Strategy of calling should be as follows:

1. Push your whole group on phone from 8am to 10am. Make sure they are getting out for activity.
2. Cross check in the afternoon.
3. Take report of whole group at night.

• Activity of senior associates & whole group.
• Total number of guests shown presentation.
• Total number of joinings (with DID)
• Activities from every places.
• Next day’s planning.

* Formation of Venues:

• Always focus on expanding your group geographically. First create in your own mind that you are having your Network at different places, then and then only it will be created in reality.
• Check guest lists of your downlines and find guests from different venues.
• Visit different venues at regular interval. Keep visiting until and unless some leaders emerges from there.
• Always visit with atleast 3 days planning:
• Day I: Meet with the associates, work on building relationship. Take training & workshop. Help them to invite guests for next day.
• Day II: Give as many presentations as possible. Tell your downline to observe & learn. Take guests to Net Followup personally. Tell the guests ” I am staying next day just for your people, make DD, I will help you to start the business. Take presentation workshop checking your downlines’ presentation in the night. Teach downlines, how to take followup.
• Day III: Meet all the guests personally, take followup, bring the conversion and give basic training.
• Declare them the next date of your trip at that place. Give them some target.
• Follow through even after coming from that place.
• Have ultimate target of regular venue meetings at different places in your group.

* Quality Control:

I strongly believe eBIZ is an opportunity for everybody, and this is the only platform from where people from very ordinary background can be successful. But one fatal mistake is done by many eBIZers and that became the reason behind their failure.
Associates have a natural tendency to show presentation & sponsor people who are of lesser quality than themselves. Because convincing them is easier. Now take an example- let’s say you have quality 10. If you keep on sponsoring people with quality9/8/7…they will in turn continue to sponsor people with quality 8/7/6…after few levels quality of your group will be down to 0 (Zero). You network will be your Liability not asset.
Due to decreasing quality of your group it will take longer for you to succeed. But not seeing your success your downline will be quitting. So though you keep on sponsoring any common person, don’t forget to:

• Sponsor quality people too. Target people superior to yourself. Don’t worry, they need eBIZ too.
• Show presentations  to those people who have idea of sales/marketing/Network Marketing already.
• Show presentation to those people who don’t have money problem.
• Show presentation to people with big dreams.

* Team Work:

Team work is very important in Network Marketing. I have read somewhere “If you judge a fish by how fast it can climb a tree, it will always be mediocre” So build a team with experts. Assign the task to a leader which interests him most.

• Let that associates take more presentations who loves taking presentation.
• Let that associate show courses & other products who loves computer courses.
• Let that associates take followup who enjoy taking followups.
• A winning team always have players with expertise & dedication.
• The team must listen to team leader.
• Your team must have similar goal.
• Your team should have some mentors.

* Health: “Health is Wealth”

Do you want a life where you have everything but you can’t enjoy anything due to bad health?
It’s an earnest request to all my readers to take care of your health.
Remember “So many people spend their health gaining wealth, and then have to spend their wealth to regain their health”
So here are few suggestions for great health:

• Regular exercise (Walk/ Swim/ Dance) . Specially those leaders who have bought their bikes & cars. [After 1 year of buying my Fazer I have gained much weight, so joined Gym few days ago]
• Healthy Diet [# Drink lots of water. # Eat fruits & vegetables. # Avoid fast food. # Don't skip meal. # No smoking/drinking]
• Early to bed & early to rise. [I am sorry, I can't support the general culture among most of the associates of staying late and then waking up late next day. This is bad both for your mind & body]
• Think good about your health.
• Smile more.

* Finance:

If you don’t have proper financial education, you’ll never be wealthy even if you reach eBIZ Ceiling. Study about Wealth Education from books of Robert. T. Kiyosaki. [Go through the book lists given]
Some quick tips:

• Make a habit of saving from every income. [ I know it's not always easy, but try to transfer some money to a secondary account from every commission you receive. You will be more relaxed]
• Don’t spend unnecessarily. [ I have seen many eBIZers to earn a lot from eBIZ and then they went to shopping/multiplex/restaurants frequently and spent all their money. Now they are broke & out of eBIZ.]
• To spend more, first make more. [ I follow a simple formula. To buy something worth Rs X, first I will need to have a savings of minimum Rs. X in my account]
• Buy assets, not liability. [Asset is something which will pay you in the long term, but liability is something on which you have to spend money in the long term]
• Keep track of your expenses. [Keep every small expenses written, you'll find the places where you are spending unnecessarily]
• Rather than buying many cheap products buy fewer branded products. [I prefer buying one Levis Jeans worth Rs 3000 rather than buying four ordinary Rs 900 Jeans]

Many people are afraid of Business/Network Marketing/eBIZ because they seek financial security, and they mistakenly believe they will find security in JOBS.
I have a personal plan to have ultimate financial security from eBIZ. Should I share that with you? Okay…here it is:
Ask your self how much money would you need in one year to live a standard life ? [Rs. 10 Lakh is okay with me]. So to secure 60 years of my life, how much money do I need? Rs. 10 Lakh x 60= Rs. 6 Cr. How many orbits I need to complete? 60,000,000/25,000=2400 Orbits = 1,20,000 Joinings.
Let me under promise, is it very tough to earn 6 Cr in coming 5 years (you can take 10 years if you want) from eBIZ? I am sure you’ll earn much more than that. Just one request Don’t start spending like kings. Simply save it. You don’t even have to know about investing for this. Though I will suggest you to learn about investments and invest in assets if you are enough knowledgeable.
Even if you just save this amount of money, tell me what better security any other job could have given you?
Fun begins after this. Now you can spend in what your heart wants. You don’t have to worry.

* Sustained Sincerity:

Imagine that you are standing on the roof of a tall building & you are pulling a bucket full of water from a ground level well. Say you pulled the bucket to 5th floor and loosen the grip and the bucket fell down to the well. Again your started pulling it and took it to 9th floor, and again for some distraction/challenges you loosened the grip and the bucket fell down to the well again.
I have seen many eBIZers to repeat the same mistakes again and again and wasting their precious time and energy. They work sincerely for few days, then for some reason loosened the grip of their business, their group fall down, again they start working pull up the group, and again they become down and group fall down.
So it’s not enough to be sincere. You need Sustained Sincerity.

* Self Sufficiency:

I know many uplines prefer not to talk about this. But I believe in complete transparency with my downlines. You have to accept the bitter truth- You’ll see many eBIZers giving up in this eBIZ journey & that may include some or all of your uplines too.So I ask all my downlines to ask themselves:

• Are you doing this business in such a manner that even if your uplines quit, your business will not be affected?
• Are you studying enough to be that much knowledgeable that you can take care of your business yourself?
• Is your business dependent on your upline or you? Best is to make each and every of your associates self sufficient.
• Do you have long term visions/ dreams to stand by eBIZ even if your uplines quit?

I know this is hard to digest at first. I can understand. 25 of my uplines quited in my first year. My diplomat upline (who was like a elder brother to me) quited in my third year. And very recently most of the uplines I knew quited.
Don’t worry at all. Whatever these people were, eBIZ made them. They quited because their reasons for doing eBIZ was not enough strong to hold on to. Always keep eBIZ above any eBIZer.


When I started reading books by great authors around the world, I started learning the real meaning of success. And I trained myself to be self sufficient. Thanks to that decision, today with the grace of almighty I am not just guiding my own group but thousands of eBIZers all over the India.


Understand one thing very clearly. Learn the goodness from everybody. Don’t worship or blindly follow anybody. (Not even me!) Nobody is perfect. We are all students of eBIZ. Don’t be dependent on anybody. Be SELF SUFFICIENT.

* Mind:

Your life today is just a reflection of your own mind. Learn to master your mind. You need to learn it first to teach your downlines.

• Learn to be happy for no reason. [It's very easy to be happy when everything is going perfect, but real successful people remain happy when things become difficult too]
• Learn to keep yourself motivated.
• Learn the goodness from everybody.
• Meditate regularly.
• Practice positive auto-suggestion. [I can do it! I am a leader! I am successful! I am the best! ]
• Work on improving your power of mind.
• Keep your mind focused.
• Write blessing list. [Don't be sad for what you don't have, make a list of the things in your life you are grateful for]

* Spirituality:

Every successful person in the world I read about are deeply spiritual. Spirituality is a topic I think I am not knowledgeable enough to talk about. I am also learning. You should learn too. Few things I understood I want to share with you:

• Build a great relationship with God/the universe.
• Regular prayer plays important role.
• Connect with your true self. (It doesn’t matter who are you by birth, what matters is who you chose to be. See Kung Fu Panda 2)
• Thank God/almighty/creator in every opportunity. [I made a habit of adding 'with the grace of almighty' frequently in my conversation]
• Don’t try to find the God here and there. Plunge into your own heart.
• You are ONE with this universe. You are one with the GOD.

Last but not the least, Always keep monitoring four things:

1. Thoughts
2. Feelings
3. Words
4. Actions

If these four things are in sync & positive frequency, your life will be phenomenal.
