Here’s a few things that you should do before going for a convention –
- Inform all your associates(especially nascent associates) about any convention that is scheduled which can found from your associates page. Interested associates should register and send their demand draft with invoice.
- Take a trainers meeting explaining them what is a convention and why they should attend a convention. Share from your own experience about the changes that happened in yourself and your gorup after the last convention.
- When the date of the convention is finalised inform all your associates about the necessary details like –
- Date of departure and return
- Train details and timing
- Expenditure amount
- Things they should take with them(Should stick to the bare minimum)
- Plan beforehand with your uplines about how to manage your group during the journey.
